The process of becoming comfortable with us as your photographers starts with our initial consultation via video chat. We discuss your vision for your session and try to gain insight on your style, preferences, and reasons for doing the shoot. Are you looking for something sultry, playful, glamorous, naughty, or elegant?

We guide you through the planning process with helpful tips on what to bring to your session, what to expect, how to prepare for your shoot, etc. We help you prepare in choosing the right outfits, brainstorming ideas, sharing ways to mentally prepare yourself for your shoot, as well as the get-to-know-you questionnaire that will give us insight into your goals for our shoot together. When possible, we meet up in person before your session and chit chat over a coffee or drink as our priority is to have you feeling super comfortable and confident the moment you walk in for your shoot. About a month before your session, we outline some important reminders for you as you make your final preparations as your shoot date approaches. We even make sure to create an ambiance that fits your vibe by encouraging you to bring a playlist of music that will help you get into a relaxed state of mind, or we can play our own playlist. No two sessions are alike as we strive to make your experience with us uniquely tailored to your vibe and energy.

When you arrive for your session, we welcome you in with your favorite adult cocktail and light snacks to enjoy while helping take care of those butterflies. We lay out all of your outfit choices and accessories and collaborate on choosing the perfect ones. If you choose to have us provide you with hair and make-up, then you’ll spend the first 60-90 minutes getting pampered and dolled up by our professional stylists. The day-of process, including the behind the scenes, gets documented on video as you also have the option to have a cinematic highlights video created of your boudoir experience.

Each boudoir session includes us, Mindy and Lou, as your 2 photographers. Our styles blend creatively to produce two distinct perspectives and visions. We demonstrate poses and help adjust your body positioning to highlight your best features. You don’t need any experience; we make sure you look natural and confident! We utilize professional lighting and angles to create flattering, artistic images and snap way more photos than is necessary as we just really enjoy what we do and won’t be able to help ourselves. Depending on your session’s details, you’ll change outfits and/or setting several times with a variety of looks and feels. We’ll be sure to give you some sneak peeks along the way so that you can see just how amazing you look!

The images head to the editing room to be professionally edited and retouched to enhance lighting, color, and minor details while keeping the natural beauty of the photos in tact. In the end, you’ll have a selection of images with different looks and styles to choose from. You’ll see your stunning, high-quality images via a private online image gallery where you’ll get to enjoy them at your leisure and comfort. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, so every boudoir online gallery is password protected and not searchable.
